Awesome weekend getaway
My family and I specifically looked for a home in Borrego Springs so that we could watch the Perseids meteor shower. This home was amazing. It’s a huge house with an indoor pool! The pool alone made the cost worth it. The kids had a blast swimming during the day and night. The huge flat screen in the living room was really nice with satellite tv. We utilized the kitchen to cook all of our meals, since the town is very limited in restaurants. We didn’t venture out of the house too much, but the center of town is minutes away. If you have never been to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, research your driving route! We googled our directions and ended up on a crazy road with steep sharp turns. The wife was terrified on the drive down Montezuma Valley Road. There are less drastic roads as we ended up taking another way home. We would definitely stay at Salomon’s Paradise home again next year.
