「My booking was as perceived from their advert for a caravan with lake and sea views with steps to the upper level /roof terrance. I booked with ebookers ,their adverstising is misleadingly. When i mentioned this at reception I was told it says its for illustration purposes !! Id need to take it up with ebookers. Which i agreed with. Would I book with this company again. Most definately not. Caravan was fine..clean and tidy.Barmouth bay site lovely. No views of the beach or no seating...

The breakfast was good & the room clean & comfortable. However, it would be better to make sure that everything in the room is secure & not left for the customer to discover!!! 」

「We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request.
