Located on the first floor of a 3-story building, this newly renovated and modern apartment is ideal for groups or large families visiting the city. The apartment features four elegantly styled bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private balcony. Guests can also enjoy convenient parking with two on-site spaces in front of the door and optional street parking (if available).

Nice home spacious and cozy. Could use some fans for circulation and the ice maker didn't work. Overall good stay and a nice property. Bodega and two food spots plus liquor store across the street. Quick access to bus and t stations.

I base my stays and purchases off of reviews and I have never left a negative review. This place does not look anything like the pictures. The couches were dirty and stained and not the leather sectional as shown. The beds only had sheets. No quilts. The bunkbeds were not all in one room like shown. The sheets in one bedroom were so dirty we had to message the host to bring new ones. We would have left but there was no place for our large group to go. The mattress in one bedroom was very uncomfortable. They could feel the springs. The host was only available by vrbo messenger. The host said we could have a small refund but in exchange we could not leave a negative review. Please consider this if you book here.

This VRBO gets a mostly good review from us. The good: location near downtown & near restaurants (we loved Lower Mills Tavern!), the place was clean, there were lots of bedrooms, loved the live plants, & communication with Jenny was beyond fantastic! The just OK: We had six in our party representing three generations and had to specifically request a door code for the fourth bedroom (which was kindly and quickly provided, just felt a little weird). There is not as much den seating as pictured. Some additions that would really go a long way: kitchen towels, nicer bed comforters, & bedroom blackout curtains. Overall we had a good stay.

We booked this property with the hope of having a restful stay, but unfortunately it was the opposite. The largest issue was the constant noise from surrounding residents — particularly loud music late into the night. Because the main purpose of our rental was to rest, this made the stay very difficult and disappointing.In addition, there was a spotlight outside that would turn on in the middle of the night and shine directly into one of the bedrooms. I’ve attached a photo taken at 2 a.m. to show how bright and disruptive it was. Between the spotlight and the noise, sleeping comfortably was nearly impossible.Communication with the host was also frustrating. Rather than addressing the situation appropriately, the refund discussion felt tied to whether or not we left a review, which was unprofessional and unfair.If you are looking for peace and rest, I would not recommend this property.

Great, communicative, and helpful host

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Our host Jenny was a phenomenal and prompt communicator with us, and she even helped us out in a big way when we accidentally left something behind after checkout. Public transit and Uber made this an extremely convenient place to stay while visiting Boston. We would definitely stay in this comfortable spot again.

Large Apartment in Rough Neighborhood

This roomy, comfortable apartment suited our large family’s needs well. Jenny made sure all our questions were answered before and after arrival. Lots of beautiful little details around the apartment were evidence that care is taken in ensuring your comfort and enjoyment. Everything was as advertised. The neighborhood felt a little unsafe and there was lots of street noise at all hours of the night. It was a little hard convincing our black lab to go to the bathroom since there is mostly cement sidewalk unless you want to walk further than a block. Overall a nice secure apartment in a rough neighborhood.

Jen was a wonderful VRBO owner and so quick to respond to any concerns we had. The home was very clean and well maintained. The traffic and noise from the street was somewhat loud, but we were able to deal with that. Using Uber's definately for us was a plus.

Perfect for a large groups short stay

4 families stayed 2 nights in this cute little apartment. There was PLENTY of sleeping for the 13 of us. 5 adults, 1 infant, 1 eight year old, 5 twelve year olds and one 16 year old. Restaurants in the area were 10/10. Grocery store just a few minutes away. Very clean. Felt safe.
