There's some big idiosyncrasies for this property. The first room we were put in, the heat didn't work. They moved us to another room. Minor bump. But it seems you need to ask for any sort of dishes for the kitchen and even then you only get a few. (2 forks) In order to get your linens changed you have to ask at the front desk but I was told you can't do that after 8:00 p.m. and you can't do that on weekends which we didnt learn until we tried to do that. Also there's a kitchen table in the room but they don't supply any chairs for them as you might see in the pictures. Hard to eat at a table with no chairs. Also seemed to be a number of deshelved looking people there. It felt safe, but I'm guessing the state is paying to have people housed there on occasion. We didn't ask. Shades were in disrepair which made them hard to close and keep light out. All that said, we were there for 4 days and worked around the issues. Bed comfortable. Appliances worked. Reasonable clean room.

First they give me a key to a room that was filthy . At 10 pm I’m called to the front desk where they try to double charge me for a room I had already paid for on Expedia after refusing to let them charge my card I go back to my room at 12 midnight I have police banging on the door requesting to search for a stolen laptop mind you I checked in at 7pm I do not understand why the police were called at midnight trying search my room after and only after I refuse to be double charged for a room it’s ridiculous how this place is ran I will never stay here again

The Lobby & Registration area was small and not very welcoming. The clerks were able to process our check-in okay but were not at all helpful with any questions or requests. The room had absolutely no amenities except for one small dish towel and two small hand towels in the bathroom. No soap in either room. It took ages to get two paper cups and a couple of spoons to take to our room and we gave up waiting for the garbage bags! The whole place could use a good scrub. Decent price but disappointing.

Non smoking property no! Marijuana smoking invading room above or by side wifi NOPE. Dont trust that. HEAT! foreigners with heat on high overheating my room to where I had air conditioning on during snow storm to keep room at 68. Room was so hot you couldn’t breathe. Foreigners from warm climates … heat on high obviously. Staff is useless they don’t have a command of English and won’t speak English have no care to help. I call front desk to get people who have no English skills no care they say thank you and hang up. Manager is so wrapped up in his education background status that managing hotel isn’t his concern. He wants his character supported and his employees are useless thus marring his wanted status of impeccable character to shine through…. No. It doesn’t. This is an apartment building for people. NOT A hotel. It is a Poorly Run apartment building for foreigners LIVING here. And racism and verbal abuse to PAYING customers is off the charts: you’re ignored and treated poorly as in white people don’t come here. They don’t want you. It’s met a woman leaving because she couldn’t handle the smoke when promised this is non smoking hotel. No. It’s not upheld when somebody else is paying the rent. Obviously. Don’t come here go to residence in. Hamilton garden in. Nearby. Spend the money it’s worth it. Illegals refugees who knows. But stay away from extended stay America.

The check in was the worst ever. I was given a room on 3rd floor, the key didn't work, i went up and down 3 times. She rekeyed and then issued a new key. The lock was broken. I was given a different room , also on the 3rd floor. Again the same think, up and down 3 more times. Finally the clerk went up with me. This lock was not working. After 6 times up and down, 2 broken locks, i was given a 3rd rm on 1st floor. This lock worked. The front desk person was very nice, obviously none of this was her fault.

There was old soap stuck to the bottom of the tub. The room was kind of falling apart. The floor was peaking up, there were holes cut into the ceiling that were patched up like a child repaired it. For the price, I guess you can’t complain all too much. But at least have some pride in that people are paying money to stay there.

Someone has previously broke into this room and they didn't even care to replace the door. The lock hardly worked. There were poop stains next to the toilet smeared on the wall next to the toilet paper. Remote to the TV did not work. TV stations went out when it rained. Asked for dishes but they told me I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes then they would bring them. Waited for over 2 hours and they never came or called. Sink would clog up everytime you turned on the water. And the toilet seat kept sliding off.

Wouldn’t stay again
Very convenient area but definitely a budget stay. The coffee offered in the morning was really bad. There is no coffee maker or utensils or anything in the room- you have to order them. No ice maker you have to make the ice in your freezer. There were 3 pillows not 4 on the double bed. It was clean but desperately in need of an upgrade. Counters chipped and painted in. Same with the bath. The carpet was stained with large red marks almost everywhere. The hallway smelled awful like ketchup and you could tell it was a common complaint because there are air fresheners installed along the way. They were not working. We were worried our room would smell but thankfully it did not- someone left the window open to air it out before we got in. The light in the kitchen was opened and the lid was not on correctly. All the overhead lights even in the lobby had bugs in the covers. I did not see any in the room but was expecting to with age and condition. I get it’s an extended stay and meant for long stays- but I wouldn’t have been able to put up with staying longer than the night. It was a $100 room but it should have been priced lower. Ive stayed in better kept lower chain hotels for much less. I’ve stayed in much older places better cared for.

Very close to Lahey Hospital. Came the night before because of the bad weather report and the morning appointment. Very satisfied withe reasonable "bare bones" accommodations and price with Expedia. No juice with breakfast. Check-in went well with an accessable room and a close room across the hall for our daughter..
