Great location close to multiple destinations

We stayed here for New Year's and were able to very easily get to many different destinations most of which within 20 minutes drive. We even went to Boston and parked at a t stop outside of town. Barebones simple apartment but very nice.

Pleasant Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and had games to play if that's your sort of thing. Located right off of Main Street, Stoneham so made getting around super easy. Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. The host was super attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. Would surely recommend to others.

The outside was not maintained. Fence was falling down, the second floor porch has a sign that said do not use. It was not safe. random toilet sitting on first floor. No batteries in the remote. Location was convenient. Unit was clean and beds comfortable.

Boston trip

Two friends and myself went to Boston for a concert and stayed in this house. The description was right on and the house fit our needs. I would rent this property again if i go back to Boston.

Clean but few accommodations

Check in did not work the first night I had to stay at a hotel. No washcloths were provided nor any sort of kitchen towels. Kitchen table only has chairs for 3 even though it advertised it slept 6, clean but amenities were lacking

Good, but could be better

Overall the property is very nice. It's was in a great location for what we wanted to accomplish during our stay. It was clean, big and offered enough space. We felt like it was missing some essential things when you are staying there for a week. For instance, the bedrooms do not have dressers to put your personal items. Living out of a suit case for a week proved to be difficult. It would have been nice to have some sort of table or something. There were no wash cloths, they only provide hand towels and bath towels. The bathroom is very small, and when sharing with other guests it would have been nice to be able to get ready in your room. There is only a very small mirror in the bedroom. No hooks to put towels or hang things. Also no towels in the kitchen. While it was nice, it was missing some small, yet essential items that make living there for a week necessary. There were extra pillows, but no pillow cases for them. The couch is very small for the amount of people the property can hold.
