Very nice find
Very clean, tidy and modern hotel, perfect for my needs. Corridors were a little noisy, as was the street (but as expected for a room overlooking the high street). Staff were friendly and courteous, and breakfast was good quality with a varied spread.

No 24 Hour reception, noisy room
The room was modern and very clean. Great LED mood lighting, modern 55" Smart TV that could connect to Netflix, Apple TV+ etc. I was surprised the front-desk reception isn't manned 24 hours a day. There was also a very noisy motorised equipment right outside my window running all through the night.

The Stanley hotel looks lovely inside but it is so hot inside the rooms and the noise outside is unbearable. The hotel provides a fan which fails to make the room any cooler. The noise from the motorbikes and boy racer cars which go round and round till around 4am is unbearable. The customers from the Turkish Kebab shop and from the Weatherspoons pub talk loudly, argue and shout outside the pub until dawn. The only thing healthy about the continental breakfast is the fruit. Cheap bread, cheap sugar laden yoghurts and plastic covered cheese is the choice or sugar laden cereal or cereal bars. The hotel is nice, staff are polite and helpful but the noise and the heat is just terrible.

Hotel is clean staff friendly and courteous, but room was very hot and with the windows open it was above a very noisy side street. It seems most cars and motorcycles in Boston have really loud exhausts, not the hotels fault I know but will be looking more carefully at locations in the future

Highly recommended
Fabulous hidden gem along Boston High Street. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean with a great breakfast area within the reception section of the hotel. On the way back to our room after dinner the noise level surrounding out hotel was very loud but the double glazing worked very well and the noise calmed down at 11pm so did not cause a problem.

Very clean and comfortable stay
Just a one night stay. Cleanliness was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Would have preferred a full English Breakfast and suggest you update your website to say that it’s a Continental Breakfast. Windows need more sound proofing as very noisy but it was a Saturday evening.

Great room
Don’t be put off by the outside, the rooms are fantastic, well mine was anyway. Not the greatest location but not much of Boston is however right in the middle of town so convenient for most things.

I missed my email unfortunately to guide me in to my room. I phoned the number as directed, and Alistair very kindly walked me through how to get in the building (as it was Sunday, and they were busy away from the reception) He even upgraded my room, which made me happy, as I gained a wee outside terrace. Breakfast was continental, and but easy to access. I will definitely return when visiting again. Maybe a few plants on the terrace would brighten it up, but I was happy as I had beautiful sunshine 🌞

Surprisingly little gem in the ♥️ of Boston!!
A very beautiful & Modern Hotel ♥️ we only stayed the one night for family funeral. On arrival we were greeted at reception by a wonderful lady called Emma a real credit to this business, anything we wanted to know we were given a very good detailed reply. Room was big enough for just 2 of us amazing building moden throughout , alot of thought has been put into this hotel. The shower was one of the best ive had in a room before fluffy towels warm from towel rail 😍 bed really comfy. Was a very warm room but we opened the windows & cooled very quickly but maybe a issue in real hot weather as noisy from the traffic but there was a fan in the room! Floors were very creaky & noisy & when a lorry ect went past outside then the room would vibrate 😀 luckly very few lorries but later we were told it was a listed building & of course only so much can be done, this did not effect our stay. Breakfast was enough all very fresh & thought about & we were even asked if any suggestions to improve but no need as all 100% Highly recommended this hotel & would definitely stay again. Thank you x

Really lovely staff. It’s a bit of a DIY stay in that you help yourself to breakfast etc… but it was just what we needed. No fuss, really clean, recently refurbished. Come and go as you please.

Fabulous hotel
Fabulous Hotel lovely room and very very clean . The bathroom was so beautiful I wanted to take it home . Staff were so so friendly . Bed was comfortable . Only downside was the noisy fan from the neighbouring takeaway but nothing the hotel could do about it . Would definitely stay again . Thank you .

Excellent condition like new. On-suite with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Very enjoyable continental breakfast. best parking £3 for 24 hours. Drive pass hotel turn right and go past short stay £2.50 for 2 hours. Next on your right before traffic lights. Had a great stay in Boston.

Central, friendly, spotless
Wow - spotlessly clean, everything seemed pristine and suited our needs perfectly. Very central location, would definitely stay again. The breakfast, although continental, was abundant with choice. Staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. No reflection on the hotel, but we did have a nightmare parking - we parked in the "long Stay" Staniland Car Park (5 min walk) - ridiculously, you can't extend your stay after 8am, so I needed to get up early to move it (no return ruling!) which rather annoying .... I moved it to the nearest car park to the hotel (West End, PE21 8SS) - not sure of it's the same issue here.

It looks great once you enter inside. Nice, clean with good lighting. Breakfast is limited but adequate. Comfortable bed. A bit suffocating in the room with no air-condition. Fan given as alternative is very noisy. Opening the windows also noisy through the night. Room servicing/cleaning is bad. Towels not changed, glasses etc left as is though needed cleaning/replacement. Had to ask multiple times.

Nice hotel. Terrible experience
The hotel itself was nice enough. Modern, clean, in a great location and a good price. On a different night the stay may have been different but on the night of our stay it was roasting in the room due to no air conditioning. The window opened on to a back alley which was incredibly noisy from some sort of machinery. We had youngsters playing loud music in the room next to us until 4am!! They were running up and down the corridor banging doors and shouting. Because of the late night we missed breakfast due to not being able to get up in time. There didn't seem to a member of staff on hand to speak to even when we left. I have tried to contact the hotel but had no reply. Awful stay and was shattered after

I was greeted on reception by Nathan who was fantastic and very professional. He told me everything I needed to know and was very helpful. The room was very nice and has everything you need. I would return and would recommend staying here if you are visiting

An unimposing frontage hides what is a very well appointed set of rooms. No restaurant but it is so close to the town centre amenities that it doesn’t really matter. A very friendly and knowledgable man on reception makes this a place you would be happy to return to
