Front desk is extremely rude. I stayed here with my girlfriend to go see a Celtics game. Booked online had it all set to check in. When I arrived they were extremely unorganized. Younger kid at desk has no idea what he was doing and told me I would receive my deposit back which I never did. I’ll never stay at this Hotel again because if this kid at the desk.

Good hotel for the area. Do not valet your car at this hotel. Money was stolen from my car during my stay, after giving the valet a nice tip. Cannot trust these valet attendants. Park your car elsewhere!

Our first room faced a construction project and we didn’t have curtains. They changed our room. The tv in our new room was not working properly-the picture was so pixelated that we couldn’t see a show. Pool is seasonal. Parking is valet for $60.

This was a highly over priced hotel! Great location other than the construction across the street, which will likely be ongoing for years. Very noisy heat/AC system, so crappy they didn’t even have duvet covers - just two sheets on either side of an uncovered duvet, actual double beds - not queens that seemed past well used.

The location near Mass General Hospital was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I couldn’t get hot water in the morning to take a shower, even after letting the water run for a long while and even after reading the placard stating how they want to save water by not washing your towels everyday. They did give me a partial refund to their credit.

Was in Boston for some games at TD Garden, convenient location, very walkable, close to transit and restaurants. Property is well maintained, always staff available and ready to serve you. Can be a little noisy because of construction and proximity to Mass General but no worse than any hotel in that area.

None of the staff at the desk ever smiled during my 3-night stay. The amount of toiletries stocked in the bathroom was barely enough for one day, and it was never restocked. The room was never serviced.
