“Our stay at Kootenay Lake Lodge was fantastic. The owners Klaus and Claudia were lovely. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the little red cabin and loved it! We will also be bringing our trailer up to camp as well. I highly recommend this place and will be returning. ”

Beds were comfortable, it was clean and they provided everything we needed and more. Rooms were air conditioned. Nice deck to sit on. Easy lake access. We enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming as the water was nice and not too cold. We will definitely be back in the future. While the cabin is a bit on the older side, the layout was very comfortable and more functional than some newer cabin designs, with conveniently located bathrooms, a very reasonably sized kitchen with decent counter space, and a large and comfortable living/dining area.
