“Perfect Hotel for Appalachian Trail Hikers I found the Super 8 to be the ideal spot for section and thru hikers of the Appalachian Trail. This hotel is conveniently close to the trail, making it a perfect base for adventurers. Additionally, the availability of washers and dryers was incredibly convenient for refreshing our clothes after long days on the trail. Plus, there was a full bottle of water in the water cooler when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting down by the water and watching the ducks float by. Serenity is one of the best - very quiet and peaceful location, excellent hot tub, well-stocked house in terms of kitchen as well as little touches here and there.
