We did not ask for, nor did we appreciate a tiny appartment instead of two rooms in which I had to creep past my sleeping colleague to use the bathroom.

We were greeted by a receptionist who seemed to speak very little French or English. She just handed us a phone to speak to someone else (the owner?) who said that the room was booked for one person and we would be charged extra money for 2 people. We have a confirmation email stating that the booking is for 2. We have written to the hotel, his reply says we could have cancelled or relocated - a ridiculous thing to say when we are standing there at 17.00 with our bags after a long journey. What could we do but pay the increase! We were diddled. Perhaps this happens with every booking at this hotel. There was a fridge in the room, and teabags, but no cups. The receptionist gave us some, but no spoons. There was no plug and no soap on the wash basin (but three bottles of shampoo in the shower). The bed was very hard.

Deze B&B past qua sfeer perfect in het dorpje, zeker in de rustiger periodes. Geen grote luxe, maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf is er aanwezig en werkt. En de ontbijtjes zijn een ware troef.

Location location location! This rental is right next to an amazing bakery and an amazing deli, and walking distance to the castle! So great! The room I booked had 2 bedrooms, but you had to walk through one to get to the other. The shower had amazing water pressure, but was a bit short even at my 5'6". The entrance is up some stairs, and then the bedrooms are up another flight. Europe has a lot of stairs! Furnishing are a bit dated and falling apart - which only matters if you spend a lot of time there.

Très très moyen

L accueil par une personne qui parlait difficilement le francais et qui ne le comprenait pas mieux. A peine un regard, répond tres succinctement à nos questions... Le petit dejeuner à 12€ dont on prépare soit même le café SOLUBLE dans un gobelet en CARTON...non merci plus jamais ! La jolie assiette composée d une crêpe et de queques fraises et myrtilles ne pouvaient pas compenser ! Seul point positif, le parking gratuit juste en face.

Kalt im winter

Der Mann am check-in war kaum interessiert an uns und hat nur auf seinem Handy geschaut. Wir waren dort im Winter und der Zimmer war schlecht isoliert und kalt. Um die Decke im Schrank benutzen zu dürfen, muss man aber 15€ zahlen. Auch die Schallisolierung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich war die halbe Nacht wach, weil jemand sehr laut im Handy gesprochen hat. Letzteres kann das hotel natürlich nichts dafür, aber es muss sich nicht anhören als ob er neben meinem Bett steht.

Prior to arriving the owner messaged telling me he wanted an additional €15 for bedding and towels…which wasn’t a problem until I got there and the towels were stained and the bedding smelt like it had been on the bed since 1940. He then asked for an additional €100 deposit just incase anything was broken while we were there! On entering the apartment I noticed all the windows open and he was obviously trying to air the place out as it smelt old and unused! There was cobwebs all over the walls and windows and a thick layer of dust on the top part of the beds! Dead flies on the floor and hair and dirt all over the floor and in plug hole on bath! Damp and mould throughout! Beds were very uncomfortable and sounded like they would break at the slightest movement! Noise throughout the night was terrible, doors slamming and cats fighting throughout the night! This was a pit stop for our road trip from Germany so had no choice but to stay here as we had 2 very tired children! I paid €140 for the pleasure of staying here and wouldn’t go back even if he paid me! Stay away from this place!

Szczerze odradzam wizytę w tym obiekcie!

Byłem tam z rodzina trzy noce w jesienne wakacje w czasie Halloween. Kobieta na recepcji ewidentnie pijana i zachowywała się tak jakby była niezrównoważona psychiczne, było to widać przez cały nasz pobyt. Chyba nie jest normalne, ze w nocy głośno dobijała się do drzwi sama sobie otworzyła i wbiegła do apartamentu z awantura i krzycząc, ze zmieniliśmy język na Netflix, że inni goście się skarżą... Ciekawe kim my byliśmy dla niej jeśli nie gośćmi?! W czasie całego zajścia w apartamencie była tylko zona z córka. Jak wróciłem rozmawiałem z właścicielem od którego tez czułem alcohol, on próbował tłumaczyć ta kobietę, chciał się dogadać bo nie było to jedyne zdarzenie. Próbowali mnie przekupić butelka wina. Żałuje, ze nie zadzwoniłem na policje. Nikomu nie zycze takich wakacji, a żeby tego uniknąć szczerze odradzam wizyty w tym obiekcie.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres une pour un couple d'amis et une pour mon épouse et moi même avec les petits déjeuners pour quatre personnes. Sur la route, nous avons reçu un message d'Expédia qui nous informait n'avoir réservé auprès de l’hôtelier que deux chambres d'une personne. Comble de tout, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait qu'UNE SEULE CHAMBRE DE RESERVE ET CE POUR UNE SEULE PERSONNE. Heureusement que la personne du Golden Lion a réussi à trouver une chambre de libre dans un autre hôtel !

De omschrijvingen bij de accommodatie kloppen niet. De badkamer was voldoende, maar wastafelmeubel was kapot. Er stonden alleen kartonnen bekertjes met kartonnen lepeltjes voor de koffie of thee. s'ochtends bij het ontbijt kregen we ook geen bordje met bestek. Ik heb de eigenaar 2 keer moeten benaderen om de borg van 15 euro voor afval scheiding terug te ontvangen.

il y a mieux ça sent l'arnaque!!!

Après avoir fait payer la facture, ce qui était logique, on nous a demandé de payer une caution de 15€ pour ??? le réceptionniste ne parlait pas français suffisamment pour nous dire avec précision la raison, alors que nous avions à la réservation du inscrire un n° de carte de crédit. Cette caution devait être reversée le lendemain sur le compte après notre départ. Pour le reste, un logement banal et manquant de propreté, d'insonorisation, d'une bonne literie le seul point positif un petit déjeuné copieux mais sans jus et sans café sauf soluble!!!! Si la caution n'est pas remboursée, trop cher pour ce que c'est!!!

Absolute afrader

Deze B&B was voor ons het vreselijkste verblijf in een hotel sinds jaren. De eigenaars zijn een eigenaardig koppel dat niet echt behulpzaam of hartelijk is, het bed werd geadverteerd als een King Size maar was een twijfelaar met de meest doorslapen matras ooit. Het zou strafbaar moeten zijn om iemand op zo’n matras te leggen. Enige positief punt was het ontbijt waar echt wel werk ik werd gestoken en waar ze heel goed rekening hielden met onze vegetarische wensen. Het gebouw heeft verder geen enkele isolatie en doordat de eigenaars tot laat op de avond slechte pianocovers van kerstmuziek speelden hadden we geen moment rust, om dan nog in slaap te proberen vallen op iets wat harder lag dan een yogamat. Absoluut AF TE RADEN.
