  • Located in a sixteenth-century house at the foot of the cathedral, this exceptional 100 m² apartment renovated with care will seduce you with its exposed beams, its volume and its comfort.

    The apartment is close to all amenities: restaurants, shops, museums...

    Ideal for a weekend with the family as well as for longer stays or for telecommuting.

    The apartment, renovated in 2023, is large with beautiful volumes, bright and quiet.
    It offers an impressive view of the cathedral.
    It is on the second floor of the house.
    It is equipped with quality furniture and air conditioning.

    The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe.

Air conditioning in the two bedrooms and separate air conditioning in the lounge kitchen area.the most beautiful apartment I have ever hired. Amazing location next to the cathedral. Very quiet. Just stunning . Kitchen is fantastic. No washing machine but I would love to stay here again. Totally fantastic

This apartment was spectacular! We drove from Paris and met family for a stay. It was easy to find and the host was easy to contact. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is excellent for viewing the historical parts of the city. It is on a fairly busy little street, but even with the windows open, it wasn't too noisy. The climate control is excellent and the view out the window is a perfect picture of the cathedral. Water pressure is great and the beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend and I would stay here again. The owner also left a very informative notebook about the history of the town. It also had practical recommendations like the free parking area just a few blocks away.

I can't even tell you all what an amazing gem this place is! Right in the heart of the old town of Bourges, over looking the beautiful Cathedral- air conditioning, beautifully decorated, a wonderful refuge before another day of travel. We truly felt like we were a part of history in that building, but it was renovated to suit our time. I honestly was blown away and so were my three kids, aged 14, 11 and 8. Amazing! Thank you for hosting us- you have an amazing place in a beautiful city!

Die Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen gerne wiederkommen. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt gegenüber der Kathedrale und am Rande der Altstadt ist ideal. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und bei Fragen jederzeit gerne behilflich.

A beautiful property in a great location, right behind the cathedral and walkable to all of Old Town and lots of restaurants. The apartment itself is stunning, with great views, and the guest manual includes a detailed history of Bourges. We were able to do laundry as well (in building but not in unit) after some coordination with the host.

Het appartement ligt op een mooie locatie en is echt middeleeuws en met veel liefde ingericht. Tamelijk rustig gelegen. Zeer compleet ingericht. Beschrijving wekte bij mij de indruk dat parkeren op privé terrein, nabij het appartement mogelijk was. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Gratis parkeren was 10 min lopen verwijderd. In en uit laden met veel spullen is voor de deur en via de smalle trap een uitdaging. Tegen betaling kun je 30 meter van de voordeur misschien een parkeerplaats vinden. Je zit in een mooie stad om te bezichtigen.
