Enjoying a wonderful seaside spot in Southbourne, this homely retreat is in a very quiet area, the perfect getaway for a relaxing break with family and friends exploring the heart of the stunning Dorset coast. Southbourne is part of the beautiful Dorset coastline, home to the gloriously golden Southbourne Beach less than 100 metres away, and a beautiful promenade which stretches from Sandbanks to Hengistbury Head, perfect for keen walkers and cyclists alike. Southbourne enjoys a vibrant and bustling high street which boasts a wonderful variety of independent cafes, restaurants, delicatessens and boutique-style shops which showcase this area’s best local produce. The enchanting tracks and trails of the New Forest National Park, a playground for keen outdoor explorers, can be reached within 7 miles, whilst the bustling coastal resorts of Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole can all be reached within 10 miles.


Kick off your beach shoes in the bright and airy entrance hallway before retreating to either of the two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be configured as twins) or the double bedroom; floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in each of these bedrooms frame wonderful views to wake up to. The contemporary family bathroom on this level provides everything you need to feel refreshed after a busy day at the beach. If you still have plenty of energy left, head upstairs to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor. Featuring a wonderfully neutral colour palette, underfloor heating, and ample natural sunlight from the large set of floor-to-ceiling sliding patio doors, the social heart of this home-away-from-home boasts a truly peaceful ambience that invites weary coastal explorers to cook, unwind, and dine with loved ones. On a fine evening, throw open the patio doors to the balcony to make the most of your stunning views. Occupying the second floor, you will find an en-suite super-king-size bedroom that features another balcony with spectacular views.


Outside, the enclosed patio courtyard is perfect for a spot of al fresco dining and enjoying some stunning melting sunsets in the peaceful surroundings. There is private parking available for two cars at the property.
