The space
The studio itself has just been thoroughly renovated in July 2023, so it's brand new. Done according to building regulations and with attention to detail, you are sure to appreciate.
Only the highest spec materials are used such as AC5 marine laminate flooring, tiles, and mosaic (in the bathroom) as well as high-end wood effect vinyl on the walls for a cozy and exquisite atmosphere.
Plenty of storage space in the double wardrobe as well as under the full lift Ottoman bed.

Stylish bathroom, with a very spacious walk-in shower. Thermostatic shower for quick and easy adjustment of water temperature and pressure.
Fully equipped kitchen in a separate room, with a 9kg washer/dryer, cooker with induction hobs, grill, and oven as well as a powerful modern cooker hood. All the needed utensils and cookware are provided. Microwave oven, kettle, and toaster are also available.
Central heating if required during the cold months.
Guest access
The studio is located on the side of the main house and is accessible via a private entrance. As mentioned above, the building is located near the end of a very quiet one-way street, away from the main road, which means that the traffic is very minimal.
It's a ground-floor building with no steps to walk in, so it's very convenient for guests with heavy luggage.

Bournemouth is a great place to visit and explore. This studio offers you a quiet stay with sure plenty of night sleep to power your day or help you relax after a day of adventures. And the best part is, everything is just minutes away: beaches, parks, recreational areas, gyms, supermarkets, shopping areas, town centre, etc. There are also various restaurants and pubs within 5-10 min walking distance including the big fast food chains - McDonald's, KFC and Subway as well as my personal favourites - Golden Grill (Turkish), Jerk Hut & Co (Jamaican), Shark Tail Sushi (Japanese), Little Asia (Chinese) and many many more.
