The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Lovely hotel, a little tired in areas but overall a pleasant experience. Our room was situated on a frequently used corridor so very noisy with people walking up and down the stairs. Good free parking though

The room stank of B.O. Bed, sheets & pillows all stained Power socket hanging off the wall Room was outdated, dirty & in poor condition. The beds had been double wrapped in linen rather than bothering to wash them it would seem. The room was a cheap stay and it could be considered that you get what you pay for, however, you can find better campsites for a similar price. I booked for 3 nights and accidentally got the dates wrong, asked for a refund and was refused. I ended up trying the place out but only managed to stay for about an hour and a half before booking a new hotel, and counting it as a loss. Did try calling reception for a room change but got no answer. I would not recommend this hotel.

We only meet the reception staff and he was very nice and pleasant to speak to and he was very helpful. Unfortunately on entering our room there was no electric which was rectified immediately. The room was not clean, there was a hairbrush left beside the bed, dust everywhere and inside wardrobe, kettle had black bits in, mirrors were smeared, toilet was ok but toilet brush was covered in toilet paper, the headboard was not attached to bed, water pressure was very poor unable to have shower and bath plug had to be padded out with wipe as it leaked, bath panel was loose. Overall very poor cleanliness luckily we took some disinfectant wipes and had to use them.

One night stay

very easy and quick check in. the rooms were well decorated and very clean and tidy. Very comfy beds and all well located to local bars and restaurants. We will stay again and recommend Burley court to all of our friends.

When we first got there I think it was the manager on reception but he wasn’t very friendly at all our room was nothing like the pictures on the website I would say it’s outdate could do with a bit of diy being done and an update we had paid for breakfast as stated on our booking but the manager had printed it off saying room only so the poor girl on Sunday morning had to sort it out luckily I had my original email and for £170 pounds expect better for a one night stay

My room hadn’t been made up when I checked in at about 5pm and when I carried my luggage back to reception she didn’t believe me and asked me to go back to the room, I had to then carry my luggage back to the room. Bed unmade and dirty crockery by the bed, then had to carry luggage back to reception where I was asked to wait in the lounge while they arranged for room to be made up. No offer of tea or coffee, I went off to eat elsewhere and came back 3 hours later when room was made up.

Staff excellent. Very clean but dated hotel. Had run out of bar snacks and white wine as had been busy day before🤔 was a bit like a modern day fawlty towers. No dinner at hotel and lunch finished at 2pm. We arrived at 13.55🤔 could only get channel 2 on TV. Room was very large though.
