A very good hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Swimming pool and sauna available. Good position in Bournemouth. Fairly priced. Acceptable breakfast but a number of popular items cost extra. Decent room with air conditioning, bathroom on the small side. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

We loved the petals scattered on our bed as we had just arrived from our wedding. On the downside there were wedding events two nights in a row so there was late night getting to sleep, on the upside both wedding parties sounded fantastic, the guests were having a good time and we were on our honeymoon ☺️

The worst place I have ever stayed in for the price paid. Just don't stay in the lodge. Paper thin walls, heavy slamming doors, tiny lift and not always working. Tired bedroom with very little space around the foot of the bed to reach the bathroom. Card operated bathroom fan and light needs to be pulled out to shut it down as noisy whilst sleeping. Reception staff polite and doing there best but rooms are well below par. There are no phones in the room so have to contact reception on your own mobile by phone or WhatsApp. Unfortunately the guests in the next room returned at 3am and we're arguing. Night reception came and knocked on the door twice to ask them to be quiet. The way the rooms are configured we could even hear staff knocking on the door. We were given a refund and left the following morning after breakfast. The 2 staff in the dining room were working hard but the food warmers that are used for the breakfast buffet were all so close to the curtains that when opened they had covered all the curtains in grease.
