We had a wonderful stay here! The room was really spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the heating kept us nice and warm despite the cold weather. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the bus stop and within easy walking distance of the town centre and the launch. All the staff we met were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They helped us with our luggage, returned the earphones I’d accidentally left behind, and were so kind to prepare a lovely breakfast for us even before breakfast hours, as we had an early train to catch. Would definitely recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a lovely stay at The Royal Oak in Rosthwaite. It’s a beautiful, quaint hotel with so much character, set in a gorgeous location. The staff were absolutely fab — so friendly and welcoming — and the food was fantastic. Everything about the hotel made it feel relaxed and homely, and we really enjoyed our stay. I’d definitely recommend The Royal Oak to anyone looking for a lovely Lake District break. We’ll absolutely be back! ❤️
