「This is a gorgeous little home, in the beautiful countryside of Sologne. It seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but is still close to a couple of little towns if you need groceries. The field behind is populated by deer, boar and foxes and we had regular visits from a heron. From here we were able to visit 8 chateaux within no more than an hour's drive, which was the idea behind the trip, and enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine when the sightseeing had worn us out. 「This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! 」

「Lovely holiday in a beautiful property. Very spacious house for our group of 11. The pool was great, although there was an issue in the first few days with it, due to the previous week’s weather. This was rectified by the owner and they kept us up to date with what was happening. The village has a great boulangerie and small supermarket. There was plenty of chateaus to visit nearby and the children like Blois with its magical house. Great holiday and lovely house. 」
