「The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog...

「Great place that’s family friendly. We loved the dock access. Neighbors are friendly as well. The couch turns into a bed so that was a plus for our group. The only thing we recommend is to have more bedding available such as blankets etc..」

「The location, views of the River, and comfortable patio furniture were Wonderful! Hopefully they will update the patio photos on their website because we packed a lot of unnecessary stuff. The tiny house was clean however there was a lot of dog hair on the couch. The host did not respond in a timely manner for some of the questions we had, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the patio and being right next to the boat launch!」
