No fridge in the room, which was a serious issue for my elderly parents aged 81 and 84, especially...

The owner made sure she came by to welcome us and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The staff that welcomes you are extremely professional and helpful. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...
