We spent our Saturday climbing the Via Ferrata and up to the Seneca Rocks overlook, coming back to the hot tub was a great way to end the day! 「Good communication with host. Very easy to get into the place. A/cs were pumping and place had good temperature despite the heat outside. There was a roll out/air mattress bed thing set up for us. It was surprisingly comfortable. I assume the other beds in the bedrooms were comfortable as well because I didn't hear complaints from my friends. Would stay again.」

「We spent a little over a week in this property and it was a really good place to stay for us. Located in the middle of town many places were walkable for coffee and such. The owners are just downstairs if you need any information or they were quick to answer the apps mail as well. The apartment was well laid out and comfortable , there were plenty of towels and such available. There are also several restaurants and shops near by for food and drinks. We had a great stay and would recommend...

「We’ve been coming to Davis for a long time but this was our first time staying in Black Bear. The Bear Lair was perfect for our stay. Clean, well decorated, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and plenty of firewood. The central location was great as we bounced between Dolly Sods, Timberline, White Grass and downtown Davis. Abby was super responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to return. 」
