“The B&B website and other on-line links claims "...excellent breakfast" and "the best breakfast in Annapolis". What was served were mini grocery store bought pastry, no fresh coffee, no juice, no plates, no one around. In addition, they state that for a large fee you can have valet parking on-site. There was no valet. I requested a refund for the valet parking and used that money to have a decent breakfast elsewhere. ”

“We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. “We absolutely loved this apartment in Capitol Hill! Eric was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions and the free parking made our visit so much easier! “This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street.……
