「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to...

「The resort was lovely. I didn’t have any problems with my stay. The room was cozy with a nice coffee maker with sufficient supplies. The couples massage was relaxing and the heated towels and neck pillow was an added bonus..」

「This was conveniently located near UVA and a reasonable price for just an overnight stay. I appreciated the staff helping us check in early, though I had trouble getting through on the phone. The rooms are clean and well stocked and everyone was friendly. Was a bit of a struggle showering with the moving spray thing though tbh. 」
