"Clean fresh room "

"The Hyatt Place Fort Worth is a nice hotel in a great location if you are spending time at the Nytex sports complex! The staff was helpful, rooms were quiet and the included breakfast was good. We booked a 2 queen bed room but they didn't have any left when we got there so my 6'2" son slept on a pull out couch which was not ideal."

"The heating and cooling systems were super efficient and effective."

"Clean, well appointed house with big pool and nice hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the layout worked well for our family having the primary bedroom separate area from the other rooms. "

"During our stay the sewer line backed up 3 different times. The first time it took over 4 hours to get someone to the house in order to address the issue. The contractor advised that he was at this house several times in the past, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. In addition, one side of the house was not ready at the indicated check in. The outside pool area was a complete disaster filled with leaves and other debris. We were told that the pool was ready to go, however, it didn't look like anyone was there to clean it in over a week or two. There was also a playset that was severely unsafe for any child to use. Utensils within the house were not there besides a mix match of silverware. This house was not set up for even half the number that it claims to sleep. None of the TV remotes had backs to them. The entry lock fell off the door several times during our stay. This place was not the same place pictured in the description. No follow-up by the host after we had sewer water throughout the bathrooms and front room. "
