“Room was dirty (stain on carpet, dresser drawer falling off tracks, tv non-operational). ”

“Did not felt safe during my stay. Someone knocked at my door two times during the night. Left a day early because of that.”

“The staff was amazing and made the trip. They seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were always willing to help! The only concern I had was hair on towels. We would request new ones, but when we opened them up, there would always be long black hair. They looked clean, so I wonder if the person who is folding them just needs to put their hair a bun?”

“The front desk person was not friendly, and not helpful. We had a dinner that was suppose to be deliver”

“Let’s start with the good, the room is very nice, with a big and comfy bed. Though we are not gamblers the casino vibes were very nice we were there through a Friday so they had live entertainment. That’s where the good stops the front desk as this hotel is horrific and I really expect more from Churchill downs owned property.”

“The microwave in the room was faulty and emitting smoke, they would not change my room. That is a safety hazard. ”

“I enjoyed my stay it was a cute hotel near the express way for drivers but also walkable to many restaurants near by for those that don't drive .If your staying like for 3 days it's good.They do have free coffee and juice and early morning have small muffins.The staff was nice and funny like I said no problems there now it could use a little touch up here and there but nothing to bad ..the walls are thin so guessing no instalation so can hear people moving around that the only problem I had was……

“The sweet woman at the desk was amazing. I cannot remember her name however she has been there for several years. She is a middle-aged, black woman. She is the very best. She deserves a raise.”

“There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they……

“Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”
