"Comfortable stay. Unit was very quiet. Area is new so lots of construction close by. With the AC running in the rest of the house (most of the day) it made the unit cold. There was no way to control the temperature in the unit. Would have been great to have a side table with a lamp in the bedroom I slept in. Gravel walkway at the side of the house to access the unit. Need to be careful walking on the loose gravel. Overall stay was excellent. "

"Not only was the listing not clear it was a basement apartment. We showed up 2hrs after check in time and the person at the door wasn’t aware we were coming and asked if we could wait an aditional half hour so they could clean. It’s a hard pass"

"Thank you for the lovely place and being so responsive on questions and check in! I asked my son for feedback, and he said the shower was great. The bed and pillow worked great. Would have been nice to have some bowls in the kitchen for his cereal and rice dishes. Also, some type of Tupperware of food storage dishes for the leftovers he had. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"This property does not meet basic living or safety standards. The bedroom on the lower floor is located beside the furnace, meaning you are effectively sleeping next to where the home’s gas system is distributed. The room also has a very small window that does not appear to meet standard safety requirements. Additionally, there was no smoke detector in the room.The overall condition of the house is poor, with noticeable odors and a general lack of upkeep. Noise travels easily throughout the...

"It was an alright night away. Place was fairly clean, newer Reno for sure with some smaller kinks to be worked out. No wifi instructions and noises in the morning with occupants of the other side of the house. Neat spot for a little getaway for the night."

"Everything was good. The only thing wrong was the central air was not turned on before our arrival so the house was real hot du to the 32° weather occurring at the time."
