Check in details need improving by adding photo of the building reception area/name which will make underground parking more visible including car parking location (B5 not B4).TV reception across all channels (including Netflix, prime etc) often interupted with picture freezing often for 5-15 seconds.Cooking utensils required a deep clean before use. Advise guests to bring their own towels for stays longer than 3 days as washing & drying in winter...

"We had a great stay the apartment was clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Having the high chair and travel cot available was so convenient for us. The location is perfect with the tram stop, a park and the shops only a short walk. We also had a great experience with communication with our host before, during and after our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

Useful to have a car but if not there is a bus stop quite close and an extensive train service from Box Hill and a short train ride to the city. Great shopping centres on the bus route at Doncaster and Chadstone. "
