“This was my first VRBO rental and I was not disappointed. The guest cottage was beautiful and there was music playing and fresh cut flowers to add to the welcome ambience. Everything was perfect except for perhaps some difficulty navigating the TV electronics that we were not interested in watching anyway. It was very pet friendly without additional charges. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris!”

“Great place to stay for one night! Property is behind host’s home (as is the street parking) and is like a large studio apartment but without a kitchen. Bathroom is large and has a composting toilet. Communication was excellent and check in process was super easy.”

“Enjoyed our stay very much. about 1/4 mile off road bottom of hill, forest edge, very protected and private. Tent easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stocked with essentials. Booklet at property explained everything and host had fresh flowers waiting. Was told to treat it like my own home and we did. Friidge had cold water, freezer had ice, and cupboards had snacks waiting. Easy process. Safe. Clean.”

“The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!”

“This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's……

“Visiting for a baseball tournament and the stay exceeded expectations. The home is clean, well-stocked, and spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all messages before and during our stay.”

“The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the front desk staff arranged me in a noisy room on the first floor facing the lobby, which was not soundproof enough and was crowded outside, resulting in a decrease in sleep quality! I am very dissatisfied with this arrangement😡”
