「You can’t beat this location. Very clean and host was great with communication.」

「Great location and a very clean place. We had a wonderful visit!」

「Beautiful thought out cabin. Everything you need to enjoy the lake and surrounding area.」

「Great location to restaurants and the beach! Great family condo!」

「We loved our 2 night stay at Louie’s! What a genius idea to turn a detached garage into THE CUTEST vacation rental! The bed is so comfy too! We had all the things we needed for our stay already provided, including body soap- I forgot that! Thanks for hosting us! I’d recommend Louie’s without hesitation!」

「Overall great experience… we would stay here again.」

「We loved the Terrace Tiny House in Boyne. Fantastic location for everything we wanted to do during our stay. Easy walk to restaurants, farmers market, you name it. The amenities at the house itself are all one would need for a much longer stay. The only nit I’ll mention is the mattress is very firm. If you like a firm bed you won’t view this as an issue. If you are sensitive to firm mattresses it could be an issue. Still definitely recommend regardless.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and matched both the description and pictures in the listing. The location is very convenient to Boyne City and Charlevoix (for 5 it is fun to take the Ironton Ferry and saves quite a bit of time). The view of the lake from the family room, two front bedrooms and the deck is beautiful.」

「Great stay in Boyne City. Thanks for the nicely furnished house.Esp. thanks for the extra effort vs. the hot tub.」

「Comfortable, stylish apartment. Two off street parking spaces a real plus. An item to note—we had a toddler in our group and were not aware of the open stairway when booking. It wasn’t a problem for our short stay, but it would have been if we had stayed multiple days.」

「Very responsiveGreat location Would book again」

「To be honest the photos online don’t do this place justice. We’re not an easy to please group to be honest and we’re a bit nervous from the photos, but the place is absolutely awesome. The game room is great for kids and the property is quiet and clean and large and has great views. The hosts happily accommodated my dad’s camper and were flexible with our pontoon. If we’re back in Northern Michigan we will seek this location again in a heartbeat」

「What a wonderful little cottage!I will always look for availability when staying in the BOYNE/Lake Charlevoix area.」

「Really fun layout and great place to relax that feels like camping without hardcore camping. RV was very large and clean and bed was very comfortable. Owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.」
