My sincerest apologies regarding the pillows and outside lighting. We just updated our outside lighting and have black out curtains in each room to assist with the glare. We did however make sure that the lights are pointing downward so to keep the glare from beaming directly into the windows. Our pillows are brand new as well so will take time for them to not be so "new". But I understand as everyone has different comfort levels which is why we have both new softer pillows in with the other pillows to off set everyone's comfort needs.

We appreciate your feedback. Yes, the city has moved many of the encampments of outside areas of the Bozeman town. Please know that we are always in communication with the city and the police patrol often. Therefore the area is safe. Sadly this seems to be the sign of times throughout our country and working with local and federal politicians to come up with a better resolution.

My sincerest apologies about the condition of your room. I have brought this to the attention of our Head Housekeeper to address inspection thoroughness / housekeepers following checklists of room completion. Please know this is unacceptable. As for the elevator, this is something not within my control as we have never had nor will have an elevator. We do have staff on property that if you need assistance with taking items to your room; we are always willing to assist. Or reserve a room for you on the first floor to make it easier for you and your family.

We are working with the staff across to the street to assure they keep their side picked up. But know the area is safe.We apologize that you felt breakfast not meeting your expectations. It is up to the Wyndham standards. We will be offering more to choose from in the future ... such as waffles, etc.

Good Afternoon! Thank you for your feedback on The Baymont Inn & Suites. I believe you may have our property mixed up with another as we do not have an elevator at our property plus all of our walls have been thoroughly painted. And knowing how important coffee is to each of our guests, rarely is the carafe empty and typically does only take 10 mins to brew another full carafe. It is true that we are looking at a property renovation in the near future and truly excited about that as we plan to make it fresher and newer!I understand your concern about the warming center across the street, but the staff there does assure to make sure that those residents stay to their area and please know this is truly a safe location.Thank you once again for your feedback!
