Great little place!

Great little place to stay. Very cozy & clean everything is so close. Very comfortable beds and pillows. If we have to come back to stay in Livingston we will definitely be looking this place up. Very ideal if it’s just you or you and your spouse.

Fabulous stay in Livingston. Apartment had everything we needed and host was very communicative. Free parking was a breeze on Clark Street. Walking distance to everything you’d want in downtown; shops, bars, the river!

Convenient and comfortable!

Perfectly situated upstairs apartment. Being here over the holidays I really appreciated the few tasteful holiday decorations. Well furnished with a super comfortable bed. Very close to everything downtown. I’ll certainly be back!

This was my third time at this property over the last 2 years. It has been consistently clean, comfortable and quiet. Host communications are also great. The location is also good as you can walk to many downtown restaurants etc. I highly recommend it.

Very Hot week in MT

Very clean and neat. It was very hot the week that we stayed and the AC was not sufficient, so we purchased a little box fan and that helped. We loved being within walking distance of a great little downtown area. Easy to get to Yellowstone and other cool places around the area. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Great apartment.

Really nice apartment and had everything we needed. The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I was concerned about parking that wasn’t at the apartment but it only was two houses down and not an issue at all. Would highly recommend staying here to family members and friends.

Wonderful Gem

We love this place so much we returned again this year! Ann is wonderful. A quiet, lovely, clean and cozy place with everything you need. Kitchen has the utensils you need. Loved having a washer & dryer. Easy walk to downtown, the park and the farmers market. Quick access to Yellowstone and Bozeman. Look forward to staying here again in the future. It becomes our home away from home. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Recharge in Livingston

After three weeks on the road, our stay at the Cozy Gem was a welcome rest stop. Comfy bed and furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, and laundry room fulfilled our practical needs. The decor and special touches however, created a cozy environment that made us feel pampered. The location was perfect for sampling some of Livingston’s restaurants, bars, and shops. Don’t miss the Mint for great burgers and a beer and the Pickle Barrel for sandwiches to go!! Highly recommend the Cozy Gem.

Fabulous! A very lovely place

A very lovely place. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Close to Yellowstone and Paradise Valley - hiking, swimming at Chico, and close to Bozeman. A kitchen fully outfitted to cook. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Laundry facilities. And a writing desk. Great communication with owner. Good side street parking. Will be back.

Ozzies Happy

Couple of Ozzies stayed in the unit for 6 days. Could not fault it. Comfy bed [ a must], super clean [ ditto] and one thing that did impress was that there were “things” in the cupboards to “get on with life” !!! Not bare by any means. Location? In the older part of town but you need wheels anyway and QUIET!! You need sleep. Best Thai restaurant a few blocks away… as is the river. Recommend!
