Great porch

Second stay at this home, one with friends and recently with family, and the place works great with both. Management was easy to communicate with and responsive. It was unseasonably warm during most of our visit. Downstairs remained comfortable but upstairs could get a little warm. Fans are provided.

Gateway Get Away

The house is cute and 5 of us managed two baths pretty good. House needs some updating though like new mattress upstairs and a bigger bed upstairs, furniture in sitting area and new bedding. Not as well stocked as other VRBO rentals we stayed in. Cleaning staff is good but understaffed. We did have fun on our visit.

Awesome location! We spent a week in Livingston in early July and loved this property. Short drive to the Yellowstone River and quick walk to restaurants and bars!

We had a great time at this home. Great neighborhood and close to everything. The grill was awesome! We like to cook, and we found the kitchen could use a few more items but we still did great! Highly recommend!

Fishing House

Great location in Livingstone within walking distance of the Yellowstone River. Also easy access to I-90 and Highway 89 to access any fishing spot in the area. The house is well maintained and very comfortable.
