“Impossible for hotels.com or for you to get in touch with the property prior to or during your trip so hope you arrive in their checkin window or it's a nervous bust to figure out what you're going to do with your bags. For that reason I don't think it's worth the hassle because I was very stressed about this and hotels.com staff also couldnt' connect with them at all. Once/if you check in though the place is amazing and the cleaning people are incredibly nice. Property is very secure and safe.”

“We really enjoyed our five nights here, large bedroom with a day bed plus very good bathroom, breakfasts are a feast, lots of choice on buffet breakfast plus a very good hot breakfast to follow.very convenient for many places of interest, a five minute drive into Stellenbosch which is a must visit in this area. Rosie is the perfect host from the moment you arrive, you really are a valued guest .”

“Beat all of our expectations, and they were pretty high from reading the reviews! Accommodation is brilliant and has all amenities we could wish for. Great breakfast and we tried the lunch here last day, also superb. But the by far best thing was the staff. We were made to feel super-welcome and got great recommendations for dinners, winetasting and trekking. We booked last minute and didn’t notice the stay included a complementary wine tasting, which we missed because we checked in late. Claudine made sure to let us know and arrange the wine tasting the next day for us in their cozy and beautiful cellar. It was a delight to try the wines and hear about them from Claudine. We would definitely recommend Lovane for anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place. ”

“Resort staff went above and beyond as far as even taking us to our breakfast in a golf cart as well as being super friendly & we also felt safe. It was gated and very central location only five minutes to the town. clean scenic, peaceful highly recommend.”
