Great vacation home! Clean, perfect layout for our family. Nice clean water for swimming, the kids chased frogs and turtles and swam all day. We played bocce ball on the grass and the sauna and outdoor shower was a delight. Bracebridge is a great town that has everything you need including Santas Village Amusement Park which made for a great day. Highly recommended!

Great property—so beautiful!

My wife, a friend, and I had a great time at this lovely, spcaious property: fantastic views; gorgeous modern house (but still with old-world charms); good communication with property owner; super-high ceilings; amazing sauna (my first sauna ever!); and just overall very well appointed in every way that matters. We had a glorious time, and would love to go back one day.

Fantastic second stay at our favorite Muskoka retreat

Had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing as it was our first stay. The location, the views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room, time spent on the water, and use of the BBQ and sauna. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

This waterfront property is amazing. It was so clean and welcoming as soon as we walked in. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The perfect getaway

We had amazing experience. The house and property are fantastic , our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hosts gave very clear instructions and house was well equipped and clean. Firing up the Sauna was easy and plunging in the river right after was delightful!

Magical Snow Escape

As always, this property is wonderful, particularly in the wintertime! There is lots to do outdoors in the surrounding area. The hosts even provided some treats for Valentines Day, which was very thoughtful! We look forward to returning again!

Winter Paradise!

This was our family's second time renting this amazing cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Lots of places to explore nearby, clear and star filled skies at night, and a good amount of snow to enjoy! Greg, the host, was a gracious and attentive as ever. Our two-night stay at this cottage was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty of the setting, tucked away on a private stretch of river, surrounded by nature at its finest. A stunning cottage retreat! We swam in the river, canoed to the falls, went for walks, had evening outdoor fires and even enjoyed some fishing. The grounds are private and spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need, and I loved all the beautiful dishware; just made cooking effortless. The beds were very comfortable, and every space radiated both style and warmth. The cottage is spotless and is both luxurious and cozy. My husband and I had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks Greg, for being a perfect host and for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Stay!!!

As soon as we saw the house, it was beautiful and we couldn’t wait to begin our vacation! The house was very clean, amazing views and a dream away from home. Exceptional vacation

The cottage is stunning and luxurious. Exactly as advertised and more. Swam off the dock and paddled the river to falls every day. Rainy days in the Muskoka room are what it was designed for. Beautiful getaway

We stayed at this beautiful property for thanksgiving. It was a lovely experience. The cottage is located in a very quiet. serene location right on Muskoka river. We throughly enjoyed the views from the living room and the warmth from the log fire. Greg, was an amazing host. He even let us check out later in the day. I would go back again. Highly recommend this place.

Great Stay at Muskoka River Retreat

We stayed 7 nights at this cottage in late July/early August 2024. The cottage is very well appointed and has everything you need for a stay away. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. The check-in process was a breeze and the host left very detailed instructions so we didn't have any questions. It's a short 15 km drive to Bracebridge which has great shopping, food options, entertainment, and some great beaches if looking for a different option for swimming. You can tell the host takes great pride in their property!

Beautifully setup, a gorgeous property!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean & beautiful, had gorgeous landscape & was close to all amenities. Setup was well thought of, everything needed was provided including firewood for a cozy fireplace. First class experience all the way through and also an amazing & resoonsive host. Thank you Greg! Our daughter had a blast and enjoyed her ski camp! Our dog was in heaven. There was great privacy as well. We highly recommend it & definitely love to come back.

Cottage-mode getaway

Great spot for someone looking for a private waterfront getaway with lots of options for outdoor activities (biking, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, sauna, bonfires) and close enough access to small town Bracebridge with it's quaint downtown and unique shops. Our host was very hospitable and made us feel welcomed and even had a welcome basket waiting for us at arrival! The home was beautiful and very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. We were able to relax and enjoyed our week-long getaway. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely Picturesque

Our stay was amazing. The fall colors with the water view was unforgettable. The property is very clean, modern and well equipped. We were a little bit concerned about the chilly weather. However, we had no issues at all with heating. The floor heating in the washroom and kitchen was especially nice in the morning. Overall, I definitely would recommend - particularly in the fall!
