“Good location for doing Atlantic way and ring of kerry. Nice to be slightly outside of kilarney. Staff friendly and spa nice. Hotel could do with a bit of maintenance in the spa area, x1 steam room and outside jacuzzi were out of service. The two main jacuzzis in pool, only put bubbles out in one location. The spa treatments were fab would recommend that and spa staff very helpful.
We stayed at the reserve, rooms very warm, kitchen area could do with a refresh on the job and the sink, but clean……

“The place was very clean and great location, but in the master bedroom you can feel the springs in the bed and the shower doesn’t drain well so will fill up easily and overflow if not careful so wound up turning the water off in between shampooing my hair and rinsing it out. Also when you turn the sink on in the master bath it backs up into the shower. Some kind of plumbing issue here and definitely needs a new bed. The second bedroom was fine.”
