“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“David was a great communicator, the flat was as described and accurately presented in the listing. The location and proximity to public transport and shopping. The local area is quiet, and Portobello road was a pleasant 15 minute walk away. ”

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... ”

“Pretty clean, nice walk to town centre and transit. Parking a bit tight by North American standards. Lift available. Beds comfy and the owners/property managers as well as the cleaner were all wonderful. ”

I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be……

“The apartment was excellent and nicely laid out. The staff was really helpful as well. Felt like a home away from home, very comfy. I only found the key locks at the front entrance and waste disposal was hard to open.”

“Amazing location 5 mins walk from the stadium, ideal for concerts. Room and bathroom were really clean and host helpful. Only downside is the room has an airbed rather than normal bed which isn’t the most comfortable but definitely works for one night. ”
