"Not the first time I have stayed here but this hotel never disappoints. Clean and incredibly quiet rooms despite being so close to the runways. Rooftop bar is a must, great service and delicious cocktails coupled with stunning views of the airport and distant city skyline. Conveniently situated off the car park to Terminal 2 , a short walk to the lifts which take you down to the subway that leads to the Underground, Heathrow Express and Terminal 3. The only downside is the signage from the lifts to the hotel entrance. If you dont know where you're going its really difficult to find the link bridge which leads to the hotel entrance. There are signs on the columns in the car park but they really need signs as you exit the lifts. Come on guys, put some lines on the floor when you exit the lifts, they do this in Paddington station and it makes all the difference. "

"The bus to the airport is right outside the hotel. Room was spacious and toilet was clean. "

"Everything was great, the receptionist was very helpful. The toilet had low pressure and had to press for a long time for things to go away but other than that the place was excellent. Bus stops to Heathrow and Windsor Castle were right outside."

"The property was well managed, maintained, and clean. We made this our last stop of our UK and Portugal trip. We flew in from Lisbon to Terminal 2, and took an Uber to the hotel at Terminal 4 (we could have taken the Tube, but it was late and we had a fair amount of luggage). We commuted into London on the Piccadilly and District line, which was about one hour, but very convenient. It was excellent for our trip home, because we checked out, walked ten minutes through the enclosed pedestrian tunnel to the Westjet bag drop, relaxed at the lounge, and later walked a few minutes to our gate. We’d stay at this property again!"
