「Nice house and its nearby supermarket and restaurants. 」

「Very clean」

「Location is the only reason the scores were this high. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There was dog hair on the couch, dirty floors in areas, black specs on the sheets, cheap finishes, dishwasher didn’t work, walls were paper thin, bedroom outlets didn’t work at all, and we booked a different room altogether. Location was amazing. 」

「Our stay was wonderful. It was a great location-very easy to access the free trolley for King St. and the Metro was close as well. The owners were very easy to get a hold of for questions we had about the property. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This is by far the ideal location for a DC stay. Coming back to a peaceful local after touring in the busy city, taking advantage of the free King Street Trolley, grabbing a nice late night snack at nearby restaurants, and the ease of accessing the Metro across the street is amazingly convenient. I would choose to stay here above any other location whenever I have the opportunity to visit DC. 」
