Good location, very walkable

Once you arrive there’s little need for your car for anything on the island. Unit is clean but could use an update. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS, the pillows are like sofa cushions. Cannot open bedroom windows so bedroom is stuffy. Had to run AC at night even though evenings were cool. (February visit) Kitchen is well stocked for cooking but you need your own garbage bags and laundry soap. Beach towels provided but no beach chairs are available. If you’re on a budget and can handle some small household inconveniences, it’s a clean conveniently located place to stay fora reasonable price.

Overall Great

We had a great stay at this property on the island. We did lose power and had to contact owners/property managers, took awhile but the issue was resolved. Very nice view of the bay, and close to bars/restaurants/trolley.

Great Bradenton Experience

We enjoyed this condo. It was clean and convenient, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking (bowls, pans etc). I really think it should have a King bed in the main bedroom rather than a Queen bed. I believe there is only 1 parking spot - best to confirm! The condo is in a great location on Ana Maria Island (right in the middle!) so easy access everywhere. Traffic is very bad on the 2-lane road during high season, so beware. The pool at the condos was clean and pleasant and the tennis court was also great. Our TV was not working consistently but the Property Manager was helpful!
