The Space:

This delightful 1-bedroom rental is perfectly situated across from the beach and offers a view of the bay from your bedroom window, offering you the ultimate seaside escape. The living area is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy space to unwind and plan your beach excursions. The living room contains a pull-out couch with matching chair, built in kitchen seating with under-bench storage and a Smart TV. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

We loved this place the courtyard was beautiful. Very quiet except they were doing road repair/construction not the fault of the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Unit is small but comfortable. Good for two people. Chris the manager was very quick to call us back with issues. Loved it!!!!

Excellent Location!

The place was on the small side, but very clean and the location completely makes up for it and then some! Walk to the beach, walk to Bridge St, and a trolley stop at the end of the block to explore the rest of AMI. Chris, the property manager, was super responsive and a pleasure to speak with. We would definitely book here again without hesitation!

Highly recommend

This place was amazing. The location was exactly what we wanted, walking distance to everything. Check in was so easy and they provided everything we needed! Loved the apartment and especially the location. Highly recommend this property...no pool but the beach was right there!

Efficient and comfortable - close to the beach and nice outdoor patio area with grills. Quiet and relaxing. Not on the bay water but close. Beach is an easy walk. Great stay! Property manager - Chris - friendly, easy to reach and very accommodating.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was our first stay on Anna Maria Island and it was definitely worth it! The property was well kept and had everything we needed to have fun on the beach. The beach access was a minute from the property . We really enjoyed exploring the restaurants and shops on the island. We will definitely be back and look forward to booking in the future! My wife and I really enjoyed staying and look foward to booking for future trips!

Great Getaway Cottage

It was odd that we had to wash the towels for the next set of guest but it was also wonderful to have a washer and dryer available there. We loved the outside seating gardens outside our door. Would do it again and hope to next year.

Great as always!

Our second time using this property. The location can't be beat, and the property was clean quiet and comfortable. We did have a raccoon wandering around. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Very Nice Stay

All in all I would absolutely recommend this property. Being so close to the beach and bay allow for very beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Proximity to restaurants is nice as you can walk easily and have a nice variety to choose from. The only down side was the beach chairs and umbrella that were left for us to use. The umbrella was broken and I reported to the owner but didn't get a call back...the one chair was acceptable but the other was barely large enough for an adult and was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

As described, incredible location

Can’t beat the location. Just a half block or so to a beautiful stretch of a beach. And just a few blocks to a great row of restaurants and shops. The property was clean and exactly as photographed. The owner was terrific and extremely helpful with tips on the area.

Great Location!

Great location to beach and Bridge Street! Felt very safe. Owner is good on communication. Would give it a five star if it was changed to keyless entry and the wall a/c was a bit quieter.

Quiet Bradenton Beach stay, near the beach

Exceptionally clean, neat, and bright. Much attention to detail - the unit was stocked with kitchen supplies, even towels for the beach. Host Mark was on site to welcome us, and offered helpful suggestions about places to eat, sights to see. The location is a few steps from the beach, yet in a quiet neighborhood. We ware a couple in our 70's, who have been coming to Bradenton for many years. This is the best property where we have ever stayed. We would certainly return here for future trips to Bradenton Beach.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at Mark's place, nice small apartment with almost all you need for a vacation. It was clean and quiet. Good AC and air filter/purifier is a plus. The only low part was the laundry, it wasnt available when we try to clean clothes (until late in the night), and they need to work on the light on front of the laundry room (was not working at times). Other than that everything else was good.

We enjoyed!

This place is small but for two people it works. Having the beach towels and beach gear was a huge plus for us as guests. The proximity of the beach/bay/stores/restaurants is great. The courtyard was darling and we enjoyed grilling and sitting out there. Having the amenities of a washer and dryer was also nice. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple wanting a comfortable stay and wanting to be in walking distance to all areas in Bradenton Beach.

Most Incredible Vacation!!

Outstanding property! Very clean and beautifully decorated, well stocked! Location is great... up a quiet street, just a very short walk to beach- right across the street, and a short walk to Bridge Street with great shops, restaurants, and bars. Exactly what I was hoping for in every way! Mark was a pleasure to communicate with! Everything was laid out clearly and in an organized manner. Easy process, fabulous property, loved the huge beautiful patio area, Anna Maria Island is indeed a gem!! 🥰💯‼️
