We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a wok! The location was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Short Trip to IMG

Needed a place to stay that was close to IMG and this house fit the bill. Perfect spot to come back to in-between matches and to rest/relax at the pool.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed. Was close to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island and great restaurants. Would definitely love to come back there for our next stay!

Great central locstion

Location was perfect to see spring training games in Bradenton and Sarasota. Easy traveling from Tampa to the house. The kids loved the pool, beds were comfortable!

Great spot!

Everything was as advertised. A little smaller than it looks in the photos, but it was very clean and the pool was great. It was a 15 minute drive to pretty much all the beaches, so super convenient. Would definitely come here again.

Family holiday vacation

The house was a great meeting place for our family of 8 plus a dog. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. The yard was perfect for the dog. The house location was good. It was close enough to Anna Marie Island for day trips. The only hicups we had were with the pool temperature and the wiifi. The property manager was very helpful with these matters. Home Rental for Hockey Tournament

This home was exactly what we wanted and what was advertised. Beds were very comfortable, the home was clean and the pool was perfect. The kids with us had a blast when not at the rink.

Soccer weekend

We were in Florida for a soccer tournament. House was very nicely setup and met all our needs for the weekend. Very clean, maintenance stopped by to check pool levels, owner was very responsive when needed. Only con is 3rd bedroom didn't have a tv but definitely not a deal breaker. Would also be nice if laundry was included. Would definitely stay again.

Worked well for us

Pros: We had 6 people ages 18 to 48 and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us. It was close to a main road but far enough that we didn't have the noise. The pool was great. Washer and Dryer were nice.Cons: The kitchen could have used a few more items like mixing bowls, eating spoons (we had enough forks) and dish rags/towels and the floor was not mopped before our arrival. But overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommended it.

Perfect for tournament stay

The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They let us check out a little later so our girls could shower before traveling. The house was clean and pool was nice for the girls to catch some sun before and after games. I would highly recommend for any group of 5 girls traveling with a few moms.

Eternal Reef Family trip

We found the home on the inside to be very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and supplied. A few items on the online listing were not available but not a big deal. Having a pet made the lack of grass a challenge. If the yard was sodded an exterior updated this home would be perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

Surfers Paradise

The inside was just as the pictures showed. It was very nice and spacious for our family. The yard could use a little more attention. Locking the front door was a little tricky at times. The house was close to the grocery store, restaurants, riverwalk and the beach. I would stay there again. Colby, the host was very quick to respond with any questions. full of expectations

In general everything was perfect for what I was looking for, a spacious, comfortable and quiet place to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday with the family, just a couple of things, there is no electricity in the pool area and in front, too dark to my taste, and a little dust in some areas…. but I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others 👍

Will be a great place when everything is finished

We arrived shortly after midnight, which we communicated, and we had a hard time finding the place because there were no lights and we couldn’t see the house number. I think this place will be great once they finish all of the work outside. The view out one of the windows was piles of junk in the corner of the yard which I’m sure they’ll get rid of at some point. The yard needs some work and some finishing touches around the pool need to be completed. The pool is very nice and a good size and what they’ve finished outside looks good. The inside of the house is nice and it has a great layout. The description for the house said no cleaning fee, but we were still charged for one. I did ask about it, but never got a response. Prior to that communication was ok. There are chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach which we appreciated. Even with things not finished, we would stay here again.

Big 3 Getaway

To start, we had car trouble on the way to Bradenton that caused us a very late check in. Colby contacted us as soon as the place was ready ahead of the scheduled check in and we made him aware of the situation. He checked in the next day to make sure we made it and was very responsive throughout the stay. The place was as advertised, modern, clean, and well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The only issue was the presence of ants that we took care of with a little bug spray. The place has smart TVs and internet but no cable so if you need to watch your usual channel line up you need to make your own technology accommodations for that. Other than that, it was perfect. I'll definitely look to stay there again.

Great place but a little disappointing.

We stayed here and were definitely a little disappointed. There were a few things about the house that left us annoyed. The microwave didn’t work, multiple provided beach chairs were broken, the yard didnt seem to be the most clean, and the grill was extremely dirty (like, grease overflowing from the drip pan all over the ground and grates caked with grease - it didn’t look like it has been cleaned in a long time). We’d bought a bunch of food to grill on the way into town, and not being able to do so was frustrating. While there were ample pots and pans, they were pretty run down and not in great shape. Someone in our party found a pacifier in their pillow case and someone else had what seemed like makeup on their sheets and pillow case. This made us think the cleaning prior to our visit was a little lackluster. The AC was also locked during the day on 76. We were unable to lower it until sundown, making the house warmer than we were hoping for. We asked about how to fix this and got no reply from the host. It certainly wasn’t all bad. The pool was great, beds comfortable, kitchen spacious, and the living area was great for our party of 8. No complaints about the house layout or rooms themselves. We had a great time outside of the mentioned pain points.
