Located at the end of the hallway this is the King bedroom with ensuite. Large bedroom, with spacious closet, ceiling fan and Smart TV.

*Access the back screened patio with outdoor seating and dining area through sliding glass doors off the dining room. Safety alarm on slider door.

*Access the backyard through the screened in patio. The backyard is fenced and completely private. A large wooden pergola provides the perfect shade for our outdoor seating area. This beautiful space overlooks the large, inground, heated pool. Whether sunbathing or having an afternoon chat, the large pool deck provides ample space for everyone. Play a family game of life sized Connect 4, corn hole or enjoy a nice BBQ meal fresh off the grill. At night things come alive with all the beautiful lighting that keeps you enjoying this beautiful space.

*The large open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, updated appliances and more. Whether you enjoy drip coffee or a single cup of coffee, our Coffee Station is set up for you and stocked with a starter supply of coffee, creamers and sugar. Enjoy a quick breakfast at the island bistro set or a family meal in the dining room.

*The living room is home to our comfy couches with built in recliners and chair. Large screen Smart TV, family games and FAST, FREE WiFi.

*The garage is home to bikes, a couple fuse ball tables, our beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, beach cart and a cooler) and our laundry facilities.

*For your convenience and enjoyment, we have provided you with some extras such as a Highchair, a pack n play, and throw blankets. We provide you with a complimentary, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and extra trash bags in all our trash cans. We also provide 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper (in each bathroom). All bed linens are provided, as well as a full set of towels for each guest (1 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash cloth), make up removal wash cloths, and a beach towel.

*Out front you will find ample space to park your vehicles (Max of 4 vehicles).

*We hope that The Sandpiper provides you with ample opportunities to experience new things, make great memories and leave refreshed.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked. There is an in-law suite on an adjacent property. This is completely separate and has it`s own private entrance and outdoor space. The only `shared` space is the driveway which is their parking area.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

As local hosts, we are readily available to help if you should have a need arise. Please do not hesitate to reach out via the Airbnb platform. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.

Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

These cameras are located by the front doors only.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Please purchase trip insurance to secure the opportunity to cancel outside of the cancellation period (unless the non refundable option has been chosen).
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. Parking: parking is limited to four vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated spots. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located in the garage. Trash days are Monday and Thursday. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.
8. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.
9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
10. This property has a mother in law suite that is completely separate from the property you are renting. This unit is also a short term rental. Both Units have their own private entrances and DO NOT share any interior or outside amenities. They have NO ACCESS to the rental property you are renting or its amenities. They do have access to the driveway parking. There are 4 designated parking spaces for the rental property you are renting.
