Welcome to your Florida retreat at Lakewood National, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo perfectly located in the heart of one of the Gulf Coast's most desirable communities. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this third-floor condo offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and location—just five minutes from downtown Lakewood Ranch, 20 minutes to Sarasota, and 40 minutes to Tampa. You're also just a short drive from world-class beaches, upscale shopping, and top-rated restaurants.
Step into a welcoming foyer that opens into a spacious, open-concept layout. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, elegant cabinetry, a counter bar, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances—fully equipped for preparing meals with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining area with seating for six, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
