Great communication and house was well supplied with everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, wonderful amenities, and location worked well with going beaches and restaurants. Would book this house again.

Worked well for a family get-together with kids and adults. Key point for us was a table that folded out to accommodate 10. Massage chair was an instant hit! Well-stocked! Often, short term rentals have trundles or fold-out couches, but no bedding for them. This one does!Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Bishop's Point (we saw dolphins!). Target/Publix/Starbucks within walking distance (at least, in the non-summer months).Great location with easy access to Anna Maria Island, Cortez, Bradenton, etc...
