Visited AMI daily, but then returned to our own backyard Oasis

The rental is exactly as depicted. We loved the outdoor space enjoying the screened in porch, and outdoor pool area. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. We have no complaints and we are very happy we chose this beautiful home for our family vacation.

Great property overall. Nicely done and comforftable. I would note a areas for improvement. Temperature: the Nest was not functioning most of the time so it was too cold/warm. A full length mirror would be nice and the doors don't close well on the bunk room.

Amazing

This house was so cute and very clean. The backyard was an oasis; the pool was warm, the hot tub felt amazing, and heated up pretty quickly. The home had eveything we needed and then some, even kayaks to take out on the water. We were about 10 min from many beaches on Anna Maria Island without the congestion of island. Matt was very quick to respond to questions we had. The checkout process was also super easy. We would love to come back again.

We have a large family of 10 so it was a little difficult but thank goodness for the bunk room. The backyard and dock were definitely the best things and we enjoyed all of it. We will be back in November and plan to stay here again.
