The Perfect House for a family trip

The house was beautiful with all the amenities we needed for a family trip of 10! *Would suggest some AC in the game room! It was extremely hot which we didn’t make use of pool table and games due to how hot and humid it was.

Perfect Family Getaway

We have never felt so “at home” in a rental. We had so much room, everything was clean, and the furniture and housewares are all updated and new. The kids loved the pool and yard games, it kept them busy. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Magnificent stay

Amazing property, fantastic location. The property was very well maintained, pool and hot tub was a saviour as the weather did not cooperate. Very well designed bungalow, kitchen was well equipped. Spacious and clean, the games room was a welcome bonus. The property managers were amazing, very responsive and quick to help and support when we needed. Could have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. With the extra $.

The pictures and descriptions don’t do this place justice. We were blown away with all the modern amenities from the appliances to the linen. Everything is spacious and our party of 8 had plenty of room. The adults in our party especially loved the hot tub after the long days at the beach. Manatee beach is just a short 15 min drive from the property. Would definitely consider this property again for future visits to the area.

Thanksgiving reunion

The house was a perfect location for us to meet the rest of the family! The kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! The appliances were all top notch and you could tell everything was well thought out for convenience! Lots of very nice dishes , towels and ample room!

Spacious home, gorgeous amenities, great for groups

Overall, this was the greatest experience I have had with Vrbo or other rental services. The house was perfectly represented in the listing and the amenities are even better in person. We had a large group of friends and planned to cook all of our meals. This property was perfectly suited for this plan, as the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, utensils, small appliances, and even spices and seasonings (left from previous guests--not always guaranteed). Additionally, the pool and hot tub area was an incredible space to hang out in the afternoon and early evening. Later into the evening (past 8 PM), the neighbors do not appreciate loud talking or music in the patio space; however, this was not a problem for us because the pool table in the garage provided a great indoor space to hang out. Depending on what time of day you would like to go to the beach, you may run into some traffic, but overall, the drive to beaches is short and beautiful. David was a very accommodating host, responded to messages quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. We hope to return to this property in the future and recreate this incredible experience!
