「The home was very nice, clean, and renewed. It was a pleasant stay which our dog enjoyed as well due to the small gated area we could let him out into. We had contacted the owner a couple of times, and he was always quick to answer. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!」

The common areas like the kitchen, game room, and living room were great for us all to spend time together and it was also so nice for all of us to have our own really nice rooms to go back to when we wanted to relax. 「The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.」

I reached out to owner after reservation never heard anything. About a month out, I double checked to make sure I had a reservation since I hadn’t heard anything, and I did.
