「We were very happy with the spaciousness of the home. We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area. 「We had a good stay overall and the location was great. The host was very helpful, responsive, and quick to assist whenever needed, which we really appreciated. One small suggestion would be regarding the heating — it didn’t seem to work very effectively, as cool air was still coming in despite adjustments to full heat. 「We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and...

「Patty’s home is absolutely beautiful. My family and I live locally and we needed to move out just for a few days while our wood floors were being redone. We also needed a home that is pet, friendly or our medium size dog. We well enjoyed everything, including our dog who loves to run around the big backyard.」
