This spacious two story, 3050 square foot, three bedroom, two bath, custom home boasts a large game room with a pool table as you enter the front door. Up to the split level steps you'll find a hallway that leads to two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and laundry room. There are two thermostats to control the air conditioner and heater in this spacious home. As you continue up the stairs to the top level you'll enter the large living room that is a great gathering spot for friends and family. The TV is located in the entertainment alcove with cableTV, DVD and VCR. To the left is a large deck with lake views. A great spot to relax while the kids are playing pool and foosball. To the right is a galley kitchen. The kitchen has a new stainless steel cook top, oven, trash compactor, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with place settings, utensils, pots and pans for ten. The dining area has a large sliding glass door that opens onto the side deck where the gas BBQ is located. Down the hall from the kitchen is a full bath then the kids bedroom with a bunk bed with one full size bed and 1 twin size bed. This room opens into the child's game room. The game room has the foosball table, TV and two twin beds. This room has a door that opens onto the deck with lake views for ease of keeping an eye on the children.
