“Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.”

“We stayed in a spacious room featuring a wide balcony equipped with two adjustable chairs, a table, and a convenient clothes drying rack. The room included a small refrigerator, which was effective for keeping drinks cold. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine. The bathroom was equipped with a large shower cabin and an electric towel dryer. The breakfast provided was very nice. “Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.”

“For the price we paid, it is fair for limited services. The bath tub was good, however, after one bath, there was not enough hot water for others to shower...and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.”
