「Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! 「We enjoyed our stay. The hut is well equipped and had the weather been warmer we could have benifitted from the outside space. We felt they needed to think about slightly better storage and the couch/ bunk beds were probably six inches too high for comfort. The fold away table was also poor although it served a purpose. 「Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. 「There don't seem to be that many small properties to rent outside of the main villages and towns so if you want to feel a little more in the forest this is perfect. Heath's, woods and Hatchet Pond are all walkable from your door in a few minutes. The house is cosy with a lovely living room and well appointed to kitchen. The hosts were lovely and even left us some wine and chocolates. Recommended.」
